Description & Requirements We are seeking a Valuation Specialist to support valuation assignments involving businesses, investments, financial instruments and other assets.
What You Will Do:
- Perform valuation analyses using appropriate methodologies.
- Prepare detailed financial models.
- Perform Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) analysis.
- Perform comparable company and transaction analysis.
- Analyze financial and operational information.
- Review valuation assumptions and key inputs.
- Research market and industry information.
- Prepare valuation reports and supporting documentation.
- Support investment valuation and audit assignments.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
- Relevant experience in valuation, financial modelling, transaction advisory or audit.
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Knowledge of DCF and market-based valuation methodologies.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
