Description & Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to manage accounting and financial reporting activities for our clients. The ideal candidate should have strong technical accounting knowledge, excellent attention to detail and experience working with accounting software.
What You Will Do:
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Perform bank, balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Review accounting records and identify discrepancies.
- Prepare management reports and financial analysis.
- Support clients with accounting and reporting requirements.
- Review work performed by junior accounting staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, Odoo, SAP, Oracle or similar.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
