Description & Requirements We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial management activities.
What You Will Do:
- Manage financial reporting and month-end closing.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial plans.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital.
- Analyze financial performance and key performance indicators.
- Prepare management reports.
- Develop and improve financial processes and controls.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors and other stakeholders.
- Lead and develop finance team members.
- Provide financial insights to management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- CA, ACCA, ACA, CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
- Strong financial reporting and analytical skills.
- Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Experience with ERP and accounting systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
