Description & Requirements We are looking for an experienced CFO to provide strategic financial leadership and support business growth, financial planning and informed decision-making.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and execute financial strategies.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
- Oversee accounting and financial reporting functions.
- Monitor profitability, cash flow and financial performance.
- Develop financial models and business plans.
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, investors and other stakeholders.
- Establish effective financial controls and processes.
- Lead and develop finance teams.
Minimum Qualifications:
- CA, ACCA, ACA, CPA, MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
- 10+ years of relevant finance experience.
- Proven senior finance or CFO-level experience.
- Strong financial modelling and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Experience working with international businesses is preferred.
